Terms of Service

1. 01Acceptance of Terms

   Creating an account or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy.

2. 02Eligibility & Account Registration

   • You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or place an order.
   • Information submitted during registration must be accurate and current.
   • Some categories are age-restricted and require age verification at checkout — see our Compliance page.

3. 03Acceptable Use

   • You will not use the platform to purchase, resell, or ship a product where doing so violates the law of the destination.
   • You will not provide false age, identity, or business information, or attempt to circumvent age verification, resale-certificate, or shipping restrictions.
   • You will not use the platform to defraud us, another customer, or a payment provider, including chargeback abuse.
   • You will not scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's normal operation, or attempt to access another customer's account or data.
   • Products sold here are intended for lawful use only. We do not market, describe, or sell any product as intended for use with a controlled substance.

4. 04Products, Pricing & Availability

   Our catalog spans bongs, pipes, hookahs, grinders, rolling papers, lighters and torches, electronic vaporizers, storage, and general accessories. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are set per product and may change without notice; placing an item in your cart does not reserve price or stock.

   Some categories are age-restricted or subject to jurisdiction-specific rules. We do not knowingly ship a product where doing so would violate the law of the destination — see our Compliance page for how we handle this.

5. 05Orders & Payment

   Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds; we'll email confirmation and you can track status from your account.

6. 06Shipping & Fulfillment

   Orders are fulfilled either directly by us or, for certain brands, by the manufacturer or a third-party supplier we work with — either way, you're contracting with Buggey & Co., not the supplier. Lead times shown at checkout or in your order history are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you once an order is handed to the carrier.

7. 07Returns & Order Issues

   Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery using the contact details below or your order page, and include photos where relevant — we'll work out a replacement, credit, or refund. Because of the nature of the goods, opened consumable items (butane, whipped-cream chargers) can only be returned if genuinely defective, not for a change of mind.

8. 08Account Suspension & Termination

   We may suspend or terminate an account for providing false information, attempting to circumvent age or jurisdiction restrictions, chargebacks or payment fraud, or any other violation of these Terms. You can close your own account at any time by contacting us.

9. 09Intellectual Property

   Site content, product photography we've produced, and the Buggey & Co. name and logo are our property or used under license, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Manufacturer trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners.

10. 10Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

    The platform and its contents are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those a product's manufacturer separately provides. To the extent permitted by law, Buggey & Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. 11Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

12. 12Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the update.
