Program Terms
Your tier is calculated from the total of your paid orders over the trailing 12 months and updates automatically as that total changes — no enrollment step beyond having an account with us.
Once you reach a tier's spending threshold, that tier's perk is available once per calendar month and is applied automatically at checkout on a qualifying order. Unused perks don't roll over to the next month.
Tier perks apply to the order subtotal and don't stack with a contract or wholesale price already on your account — whichever gives you the better price on a given item is the one that's used.
Buggey & Co. may also set a tier on an account directly, independent of trailing spend. Thresholds, perks, and this program are subject to change at any time.
